Mark S. Segal
Partner, received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, graduating with honors, in 1984. He graduated New York University magna cum laude, received the Founders Day Award for academic excellence, and was selected for the prestigious Phi Beta Kappa society. He is admitted to the Bar of New York State and the United States District Court (Southern District). He is a member of numerous bar associations, and is active in nationwide pharmaceutical litigation.
Emil Lax
Partner, concentrates his practice in the area of civil tort litigation. He is a member of the New York and New Jersey State Bar Associations and admitted to practice in Federal Court. He is also a member of the New York Trial Lawyers Association. He completed his legal studies at Touro School of law, where he was a member of the Law Review. He graduated from Brooklyn College, with honors. He speaks French, Hungarian, Italian, and Romanian.
Patrick D. Gatti
Graduated magna cum laude from Brooklyn College in 1990, and then received his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law in 1993. Mr. Gatti is admitted to practice in N.Y. State, the Federal Eastern District Court and the 2 nd Circuit Courts of Appeals. Mr. Gatti handles both trial land appellate advocacy. He has been published in the N.Y. State Trial Lawyers Bill of Particulars. In addition to his legal work, Mr. Gatti has been an adjunct professor of English and Philosophy.
