Am I Eligible for DACA?
In order to obtain deferred action as a childhood arrival, you must meet the following requirements, as outlined by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS):
Entered the U.S. before turning 16 years of old
Was younger than 31 years of age as of June 15, 2012
Was physically in the U.S. on June 15, 2012 and at the time of making the DACA request
Has continuously lived in the U.S. from June 15, 2012 until now
Entered the U.S. without inspection prior to June 15, 2012, or had lawful immigration status that expired as of that date
Currently in school, has a high school diploma or GED, or has been honorably discharged from the U.S. Armed Forces or Coast Guard
Does not have any previous convictions for a felony, a significant misdemeanor or three or more other misdemeanors; is not deemed a public or national safety threat in any other way
